Prior to joining American Farmland Trust, Pamela Wicinas was the Executive Director of the
South Livermore Agricultural Land Trust. She has worked as a research consultant
to the Bay Area Open Space Council of San Francisco, as well as serving on their board and their agricultural easements committee. At the RAND Corporation in Santa Monica, California, Wicinas was a research associate in the Environmental and Natural Resources Department. She holds a M.S. in Wildland Resource Science with an emphasis on land use policy from University of California, Berkeley.
