irrigating pasturesThe San Joaquin Valley Blueprint process is being conducted by the councils of government in each of the region’s eight counties. In a series of public meetings and workshops, it will gather citizen opinion to produce a vision of what the Valley should look like in 2050 and a “preferred growth scenario” that identifies lands to be developed, maintained for agriculture or preserved for nature.
