Pennsylvania River 2009 Executive Order to Protect and Restore the Chesapeake Bay

The US Environmental Protection Agency is holding a series of public forums in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. There are two pieces of policy being discussed, and two series of meetings - one series of meetings is regarding the US EPA's overall strategies, while the other is regarding the actual numbers that they'll use to measure the levels of pollution in the water.
