White Dog Cafe’s Executive Chef Andrew Brown is a Philadelphia native who has been cooking professionally for nearly half his life. His talent with and passion for high-quality, locally produced food brought him back to the White Dog where he was promoted from Chef de Cuisine to Executive Chef. Prior to his current position at the White Dog, he was Chef de Cuisine for London Grill. He has also served as Sous Chef at Django, Chef de Cuisine at Carmine’s Creole Cafe where he helped reinvent and reopen the Cafe, Sous Chef at La Campagana (outside of Philadelphia) and as a Sous Chef and line cook at the White Dog Cafe for 3 1⁄2 years under former White Dog Executive Chef Kevin von Klause.
