Organizations and businesses are invited to exhibit at the conference. To encourage an audience for your exhibit, all refreshments will be served in the exhibit area. The cost of an exhibit table is $695 and includes a 3-day conference registration. September 15 is the deadline for exhibitor registration. Conference Fees

Registration fees include workshops, keynote sessions and lunches. 3-day and Monday registration include opening reception on Monday evening. Registration fees do not include accommodations, breakfast or dinner.

Late Fee      
Registration forms received after October 30 will be charged a late fee.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be made for registrations cancelled by October 27, 2006. After this date we will provide a refund ONLY if we are able to fill your conference reservation. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and faxed to (413) 586-9332.
